Men's Haircut & Wash

Book a men's haircut with an available stylist

This product is a live example of how a salon or barbershop can manage appointments with Planora Booking.

Choose a stylist, date, and available time using the booking calendar above. The important part is that the stylists you see here are shared resources — the same stylist can also provide other services in the store.

One stylist, multiple services

A salon rarely has completely separate staff for every service.

For example, the same stylist can be assigned to:

• Men's Haircut
• Women's Haircut
• Haircut & Wash
• Hair Coloring
• Styling

Planora keeps one availability calendar for the stylist, even when that stylist is assigned to multiple Shopify products.

If a customer books Anna for a Men's Haircut at 2:00 PM, Anna automatically becomes unavailable at that time for Women's Haircut and every other service she provides.

What this demo shows

• Shared staff calendars — one stylist can work across multiple services.
• Real-time availability — customers only see times when their selected stylist is available.
• Cross-product double-booking protection — an appointment booked through one product blocks conflicting appointments in other products.
• Individual working hours — each stylist can have their own schedule and exceptions.
• Checkout reservation hold — the selected appointment is temporarily reserved while the customer completes checkout.
• Shopify checkout — services remain normal products and use the store's existing checkout.

Try the shared-resource demo

Choose a stylist and time above.

Then open the Women's Haircut product and select the same stylist. The booked time will no longer be available there.
